A residential site in Thornton, CO was selected to evaluate long-term product durability through multiple active construction cycles. Monitoring occurred from November 2021 to May 2022, during which 250 Hercules Eco Blocks™ were tracked for wear, damage, and reset frequency. The site provided reliable data on product lifespan and reuse potential, which were integrated into analyses comparing the Eco Block™ to silt fence and heavy-weight wattle.
250 units (~1,000 ft) of Hercules Eco Block™ were installed at this active vertical construction site. After 5.5 months of monitoring, zero blocks were damaged or unusable, achieving a 0% loss rate, which demonstrates exceptional long-term durability compared to traditional measures.

Hercules Eco Block™ required only occasional resets, while traditional measures often required full replacement. Over the entire study period, no blocks were replaced, confirming consistent performance and stability under site conditions.
